ABOUT US
A family run business, spanning back two generations, based on the outskirts of Leicester City Centre. Established in 1978 we have a team with many years of experience, one of which totals 30 years and counting. We offer a bespoke service in tailoring to your needs within our industry. We pride ourselves in using high grade steel in our formes and our wood is from a sustainable source.
We offer a range of services from CAD Samples to Cutting formes. Our customers come far and wide from across the UK and we can provide a service for those in the following industries; Gaskets, Printing and Packaging, Corrugated Board, PVC, Point of sale.
All of our tool making from beginning to end is done in-house using our state of the art machinery, our productive team bestow a secure process to enable you receive the very best service, prompt turnaround and delivery.
Our Machines
Our new state of the art laser enables us to continue to work at our high quality but much quicker than before.
Cutlite Penta
Our plotter enables us to offer samples and make ready sheets. Have a physical sample to fold and unfold to see how your final product would look before the full process of a cutting forme.
Our computers are equipped with the latest version of Artios CAD software and design systems which enables us to accept a wide variety of files via email.

We have 3 automatic benders on our factory floor. This is our latest addition. The benders are great for our accuracy and proficiency when bending our rule to fit to the formes.
